We will notify all applying vendors of their status by November 30, 2017 -- if we have accepted the application, wait-listed the application, or declined the application.

Wait-listed vendors will be contacted in case of a vendor cancellation no later than Februrary 15th, 2018.

Applications are considered in light of the entire event, and decisions are made taking the best interests of the event into account. Additional questions regarding vending may be directed to eddie@jeffmachevents.com

**Vendor selection Process**
1) Vendors choosing sponsorship and/or add-on options are given first consideration.
2) Theses vendors are then screened for appropriate item content, genre match, and quality.
3) Those vendors that are accepted are placed accordingly.
4) All other vendors are then screened for appropriate item content, genre match, and quality.
5) Those who accepted are then placed accordingly.
