Karze-e-Hasan (Goodly Loan) Toward MCC's Livermore Land Purchase
JazakaAllah Khair! As  Muslim Community Center - East Bay (MCC East Bay) had done when purchasing the MCC facility in Pleasanton in 2010, MCC will provide a notorized promissary note to its community lenders, with these terms:
  • The community member will provide MCC East Bay with an interest-free loan of an agreed amount and that amount will be due in full by MCC upon maturity of the promissory note.
  • This note will mature and become due upon the term set by the promissory note as agreed to prior to signing of said note between the lender and MCC unless this period is extended by mutual consent between the borrower and lender.
  • This note will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of California. The community lender fully understands the terms and conditions of this note and the representations made by MCC East Bay.
  • This note will endure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns of MCC East Bay and the lender.
