Digital Learning Student Meal Order
Parents/Guardians: Please complete this form weekly if you will be picking up meals for your virtual learning student.
Form must be submitted by Fridays at 12:00 NOON.

Meals are to be picked up curbside at student's school on Mondays.
Elementary and Middle School pick up time is 9:00-10:00 am.
High School pick up time is 9:30-10:30 am.
**Daffodil students do NOT order here. Orders are to be submitted to student's teacher.

Form must be completed correctly, including each student's name, home school and ID number.
**Only actively enrolled Ware County digital learning students are eligible to participate.

One order form must be completed for each student.
