I'm so glad you are here!
This application form has a two-fold purpose.
The first purpose is for YOU.
Most of the questions on this form are designed to help you start to bring more awareness to:
a) What's in the way of you experiencing more clarity, joy & sustainable energy and
b) What it would be like to actually have what you want.
c) How ready are you to actually say yes to this journey.
Trust me, I know from both personal experience and also from working with clients - just bringing these things into your awareness more is going to help you get there.
The second purpose is for me.
I need to know what you think is in the way for you, so that I can know if I'm the right person to help you.
I also want to know how ready you are to take the journey, as these sessions are definitely designed for people who are actually ready to work with me (or at least close to ready)...

Solid. I eat stress for breakfast.
So-so. Mostly I'm pretty Zen but I go down hard when sh*t hits the fan.
I need more tools. I feel like stress is controlling my life & affecting my health.
