All campus activities must be made by a supervising adult and approved by the Administrative Team no less than 2 weeks prior to the event. Department events must be submitted through the department chair. Special set-ups and additional needs must be submitted to the production office 30 days prior the event, so plan accordingly.
After weekly administrative meeting, staff will be emailed approval of activity request online.
