Important! Application Deadline is September 9, 2016. Applications will not be accepted after this date. Limited spaces are available. All parade entries must be decorated with an Autumn theme or celebrate the "Pumpkinfest in Disguise" theme.

Please complete this application form and make check for entry fee ($30) payable to Zeeland Festivals with “Pumpkinfest Parade” in the memo line. Return application by September 9, 2016 via email to zeelandfestivalsinc@gmail.com or by mail. Payment can be mailed to: Zeeland Festivals, Inc. P.O. Box 94, Zeeland, MI 49464. Hand-Out Policy: If you are handing out candy or other items, you must have a person walking along the parade route, along the curb, handing the item to the crowd. Absolutely no throwing of candy or anything else from vehicles or from the middle of the road! This is for the safety of children. Hand-outs must not slow down the parade. Please have all hand-outs ready; if you notice that you are falling behind the unit in front of you, stop giving hand-outs until you are caught up again. Please make all of your entry participants aware of this.
