EATM 2024 Vendor Application
Welcome and thank you for applying to be a vendor at the East Asheville Tailgate Market!

We run April 5th- November 22nd from 3:00-6:00 every Friday at Groce Methodist Church on Tunnel.

We offer 3 types of vending options:
Full time vendor: expected to attend every market with allowance for 5 missed markets without penalty*; $20/market vendor fee. A $160 down payment is required.
Bi-weekly vendor: expected to attend every other market with allowance for 2 missed markets without penalty*; $20/market vendor fee. An $80 down payment is required.
Day vendor: may attend the market at their requested dates, can miss any amount of markets without penalty*; $25/market vendor fee
*All vendors must provide due notice (Monday the week of the market) in order for their absence to not be subject to a market fee charge.

We are a local neighborhood market and have been proud to serve the East Asheville community for over a decade. We will continue to accept SNAP/EBT, Fresh Bucks, and Fruit & Veggie Prescriptions through the 2024 season.

Vendors are required to comply with all federal, state and local laws governing food safety and labeling and will provide the Market Manager (or include with application) copies of valid and current documentation of such licenses, permits, certifications and/or inspections.
