What would you like to see in the next ODLSS Chief?

Your Voice Matters!

Share what you would like to see in Chicago Public School's next Chief of the Office of Diverse Learner Supports and Services. Please take a short survey to help us develop our leadership profile. This an important first step in the search process.

The Board of Education for Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is committed to leading an inclusive and accessible ODLSS Chief search process. As part of this effort, our search firm, Alma Advisory Group, is carrying out a survey to understand what our community cares about most for the next leader of ODLSS. Your perspectives and insights will help inform our approach to recruiting, interviewing and eventually selecting our next Chief.

The last section of the survey asks questions about you and your family because we want to make sure that we capture responses from a diverse group of people.

Please be as candid as possible. We care a great deal about your point of view and please know that results are confidential. Your voice is essential in this process! Thank you!
