FAB March Break Camp Registration | 2025
The Frontenac Arch Biosphere Network's 2025 March Break Camp will take place at the Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority's Mac Johnson Wildlife Area property, 4649 Debruge Road, in Brockville ON. 

Camp runs March 10th to 14th, from 9am to 4pm.

QUALIFICATION AND STANDARDS

The FAB Programs are organized and facilitated by the Frontenac Arch Biosphere Network (FABN), a not-for-profit organization, in conjunction with local municipalities and townships.

REFUND POLICY: A 75% refund will be provided for cancellations of 7 days or more, prior to the session start date. Cancellations with less than 7 days are subject to a zero refund policy. Refunds will not be provided for single day absences. If a program is canceled by the FABN due to shortage of staff, illness, weather, or any other reason beyond FABN’s control, a full refund for the date(s) involved will be provided.

USE OF PHOTOS: In signing this document, I give the FABN the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, and display photographs and/or filmed images, taken for use in connection with the activities of FABN or for promoting, publicizing, or explaining FABN or its activities. This Release includes, without limitation, and without reimbursement, the right to publish such images in the local newspaper, FABN website, and FABN Facebook and PR/promotional materials, such as marketing admissions publications, advertisements, fundraising materials, and any other FABN-related publication.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

In consideration of the “Participants” willingness to participate in this activity, I agree:

-To waive any and all claims that I may have in future against FRONTENAC ARCH BIOSPHERE NETWORK AND OTHERS.

-To release the FRONTENAC ARCH BIOSPHERE NETWORK AND OTHERS for any and all liability of the “Participants” personal injury, death, property damage, as a result of the “Participants” participation in this activity, due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of regulation or breach of any statutory duty of care.

-To hold harmless and indemnify FRONTENAC ARCH BIOSPHERE NETWORK AND OTHERS from any and all liability for any damage to property of, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from the “Participants” participation in this activity.

-That this agreement is binding on the “Participants”, next of kin, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT. I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN RIGHTS WHICH THE “PARTICIPANTS” NEXT OF KIN, HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS AND ASSIGNS MAY HAVE AGAINST FRONTENAC ARCH BIOSPHERE NETWORK AND OTHERS.
