Registration: Anti-Oppression Cohorts for White Allies

In.Visible Paradigms is an anti-oppression organization that is committed to inform and transform white community members to better integrate themselves into the anti-oppression community, work, and movement.

We created our anti-oppression cohorts to facilitate transformative spaces for white allies. Our Anti-Oppression Cohorts for White Allies offer a collective space for 10 to 12 *White allies to develop and deepen personal anti-oppressive practices. You'll gain foundational perspectives, knowledge, and skills necessary to identify and disrupt Whiteness within yourself and your community. Our cohorts take place over 5 weekly sessions. Each session is 2hrs long. Over the course of your cohort, you'll write, explore, embody, and integrate personal anti-oppressive practices to support your commitment as an ally. Visit

*We'd like to clarify that aside from White allies, these spaces are also open for white-passing individuals

This form includes registration to virtual cohorts that are currently available.

*COHORT Structure*
- Up to12 spots available.
- Meets for 5 weekly sessions. Each session is 2hrs.
- About 1.5hrs - 2hrs of engagement work (aka Homework) a week
- Large group and small group discussions, reflection prompts, embodiment activities, etc
- You join our alumni community where you can join our Alumni monthly meetings, our Slack Community, and listserv.

Due to the support of our alumni and currently enrolled participants, we have secured scholarship funds for participants. We'd like to reserve these spots to individuals who may not otherwise be able to access these opportunities. They are first come first serve. As we continue to grow, we hope to offer more opportunities in the future.

After you've made your selection, we'll send out a QuickBook invoice that must be paid asap to secure your registration. You can do direct deposit, credit/debit, or even send a check. We do not offer refunds. *If multiple people are attending from your organization, we ask each individual to submit their own form. And in the payment comment area specify individual or group invoices.

Organizations are able to pay into any of the community levels. Please consider the annual budget of your organization to select a payment that is appropriate.

We recognize that personal finances may create an obstacle to access these spaces. For now, we do offer flexibility to pay the first half of your selection at the beginning, to secure your spot. And we'll schedule the last half before the last session. These options are included in this form.

Our facilitators take time and care in curating a space that is collective and expansive enough to hold everyone. They prepare a newsletter a week before the next reunion. This newsletter includes multimedia curated content just for your cohort; videos, podcasts, brief readings, and reflection prompts. PLEASE set aside about 1.5hrs - 2hrs outside of our sessions to fully engage with the stories, histories, exercises, and practices that they've prepared for you.
