Платформа забезпечення ґендерного мейнстримінгу та інклюзії у відновленні — це дорадчий орган при Комісії з питань координації взаємодії органів виконавчої влади щодо забезпечення рівних прав та можливостей жінок і чоловіків з метою забезпечення скоординованої співпраці міністерств, інших центральних органів виконавчої влади, народних депутатів/ок, громадянського суспільства, представників/ць бізнесу, партнерів/ок з розвитку та міжнародних організацій для забезпечення включення принципів ґендерної рівності та інклюзії в процес відновлення України.
Основними завданнями Платформи є:
- забезпечення координації між державними органами та іншими суб’єктами, залученими до ґендерно відповідального відновлення України;
- підготовка пропозицій щодо забезпечення ґендерної рівності та інклюзії у відновленні України;
- визначення стандартів забезпечення ґендерної рівності та інклюзії, індикаторів успішності програм відновлення;
- визначення шляхів, механізмів та способів впровадження ґендерно відповідального відновлення України;
- взаємодія із міжнародними організаціями, фондами та структурами у сфері ґендерно відповідального відновлення, у тому числі з метою виконання завдань рамкових угод та меморандумів про співпрацю з цих питань, участь у тематичних заходах з обміну досвідом.
Для забезпечення участі представників/-ць громадянського суспільства та
залученості до прийнятих рішень Платформи створена Консультативна панель з питань громадянського суспільства. Усі представники/-ці громадянського суспільства, які стають членами Робочої групи Платформи, автоматично стають учасниками/-цями Консультативної панелі.

The Platform on Gender Mainstreaming and Inclusion during Recovery is an advisory body under the Commission on Coordination of Interaction of Executive Authorities. The aim of the Platform is to ensure equal rights and opportunities for women and men in order to coordinate cooperation of Ministries and other central executive authorities, Members of Parliament, representatives of civil society and business organizations, other partners and international organizations to ensure gender equality and inclusion in the process of recovery of Ukraine.
The main objectives of the Platform are:
- ensureing coordination between state bodies and other organizations involved in the gender-responsible recovery of Ukraine
- preparation of proposals to ensure gender equality and inclusion during the reconstruction of Ukraine;
- determination of standards for ensuring gender equality and inclusion, indicators for realization of recovery programs
- determination of means, mechanisms and methods of implementation of gender-responsible recovery of Ukraine
- interaction with international organizations, funds and structures in the field of gender-responsible recovery, including for the purpose of fulfilling aims and objectives of framework agreements and memorandums of cooperation, participation in thematic events on exchange of experience between partners.
To ensure the participation of civil society representatives and their involvement in the decisions made by the Platform,
a Civil Society Advisory Panel has been established. All civil society representatives who become members of the Platform’s working group automatically become participants of the Advisory Panel.
