Welcome To Rockville 2024 ADA Camping Registration
We can't wait to have you join us at Welcome To Rockville Camping this May! Accessible camping spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registering helps us prepare for your group and plan our accessible camping areas. To reserve an ADA / Accessible camping spot, you must purchase your desired camping pass first, then fill out the ADA / Accessible Camping Registration Form below.

Limited spots may be available to unregistered guests onsite but are not guaranteed.

We will have ADA – accessible camping in all Car + Tent and non-reserved RV camping areas. These campsites will be in close proximity to restrooms and showers. Please note, these campsites are not necessarily closest to the festival entrance. There will be ADA shuttles available to transport to the main festival venue.

Please note that we cannot operate ADA carts inside the music festival venue due to safety reasons. If you need help getting from stage to stage, we advise that you bring a mobility device such as a wheelchair, walker, or knee scooter. 

Due to limited ADA campsites available in each camping area, an ADA placard or license plate is required to be displayed on each campsite throughout the duration of the event. The person to whom the handicap credential is issued must be present in the vehicle, as a driver or passenger. If you have purchased multiple campsites, we will do best to accommodate and have campsites assigned as close as possible and / or next to each other. This, however, can not be guaranteed.

Please note - This is not the final step for the ADA event registration process. You will need to come to any of our Access Center onsite to register as an ADA patron for onsite services.
