Set Up
Since the Energy Fair will be held adjacent to the Farmers' Market, we need to follow Farmers' Market set-up rules. If you choose to use a tent that we provide, the tents will be set up the evening of Friday, June 24th.

Here are the options for set-up:

1) If you plan on setting up your own tent (10' by 10' or smaller, properly anchored), tent set-up may be completed the evening before the Energy Fair, on June 24th between 4 pm and 7 pm, accessing Central Park on 13th St. Although a security guard will guard all the tents through the night, we strongly discourage you from leaving anything valuable overnight. Anything you do leave, you leave at your own risk.

2) On Saturday morning, June 25th, you may drop off exhibit materials, including tents, at the City of Boulder parking lot at the corner of 14th Street and Canyon (behind the Dushanbe Teahouse) and bring them to Central Park before 7 am.

3) Alternatively, on Saturday morning, June 25th, exhibit materials, including tents, may be walked to Central Park along the Creek Path under Broadway from the Canyon Boulder Public Library/Municipal Building parking lot up until 8 am.

Whenever you choose to set up your exhibit materials, an Energy Fair team member will be there to greet you and direct you.
