Thank you for being part of Santa Cruz Open School Gardens!
As a thank you for participating in Open School Gardens Day we will be providing each participating school with a $100 Whole Foods Gift Card to support your event, a Life Lab publication of your choice, and a metal garden sign. The next few questions will help us in providing you with this support.
Which one Life Lab Publication (book) would you like?
Visit www.lifelab.org/store to see the options. LEAVE BLANK IF YOU DO NOT WANT A BOOK.
If you'd like a free 30x15 inch metal garden sign like the one above write how you would like your school name to be listed.
In an effort to help distinguish between local schools called Life Lab and Life Lab the national non-profit we are not providing "Life Lab" signs for schools, rather a more generic "Garden Classroom" sign. Tell us what you'd like to use to replace MacQuiddy's in the example above.  LEAVE BLANK IF YOU DO NOT WANT A SIGN.
We will deliver these appreciation items to the school address you listed above. If you'd rather have them sent somewhere else, note that below.

The space is large with 16 - 15 foot garden boxes, perennial flowers and 10 fruit trees.     OR      Our middle school garden was rebuilt about 8 years ago, we have a small shed, picnic benches and 10 garden boxes. Our garden primarily serves special day class students as well as occasional art and science classes.
