Are you the first in your immediate family to attend college? If none of your parents/guardians have a 4-year degree, you're considered a first-generation college student!

We're inviting all students, faculty, and staff in the College of Science who are or were first-generation college students to an informal beginning-of-year mixer from 3-4pm on Friday, September 13, 2024 in Gosnell's Atrium (outside A300).

We will have a variety of snacks and soft drinks available, but no agenda! Bring a friend and come to chat with other first-generation folks for a minute or the whole hour. Please submit this form by Monday, September 9 to help us plan food.
