Vibe Exhibitor / Presenter Form
Thank you for your interest in presenting and/or exhibiting at the Vibe Festival of Wellness on Sunday, April 5th. We are excited to bring together organizations that represent the eight dimensions of wellness for the Inland Empire community. In addition to offering educational sessions, we can accommodate up to 80 exhibitors. Let us know how your organization would like to be involved by completing the form below.

VENDORS / EXHIBITORS: Each 10'x10' space and includes one 6-foot table and two folding chairs (provided by ACTW); please bring your own shade canopy if you want one. The space costs $25 (fee is waived for non-profits) and we ask that you also donate something to our raffle, which will also give you more opportunities for advertising! Please indicate: 1) if you need power to your booth or have other special requests 2) what you will be selling or giving information about (description may be used for publicity).

MINI-SESSION PROVIDERS: Please provide the description of your service, desired sample session length (usually 15-30 minutes), price of sample session, and timeframe when you are available (between 11:45-4:00). These will take place in a common space (indoors) with other providers. (If you need to reserve a classroom for private space, please indicate this.)
