CRLS New Club Proposal Form SY25-26

Interested in starting a new club? If you have an idea for a club that doesn't overlap with our current offerings, you can apply to the Extra Curricular Committee.

Requirements for Approval:

  • Membership: At least 15 committed student members.
  • Leadership: A staff member willing to serve as an advisor.

  • Originality: The club must offer a unique purpose not already covered by an existing club.

Timeline: The EC Committee meets monthly. Applications submitted in the Quarter 1 and 2 are reviewed for a Quarter 3 start. Applications submitted in Quarter 3 and 4 are reviewed for the following school year.
