Nasi Ulam - this special herbed rice dish is rarely found outside home kitchens these days. Chef Lionel makes his with low-GI basmati rice and his own blend of veggies, 6 spices and herbs, like lemongrass, various gingers, long beans and dessicated coconut.

Joo Chiat Jelly Gin Surprise - Chef Lionel's cocktail rendition of the famous Katong Jelly drink which will bring smiles and fond memories to long-time residents of Singapore's East Coast. They will remember Samy, the hawker peddling this delicious refreshing drink from his shiny silver pushcart around the neighborhood!
