Describe the general geographical area where group will meet.  We have added an ONLINE option to choose.
Number of Participants *
Please enter the maximum number of people your meeting location can accommodate.  By default, it will be set at 15.  We encourage you to recognize that the cap can be 2-4 more than your seats because not everyone will show up every week.
Special Considerations
List any limitations (i.e., our location can only accommodate 7 people), combination of digital and in-person meetings, special room requests, or any additional special target audiences for the group (i.e., parents of teens, parents of toddlers).
