Circle of Excellence Awards Verification Committee: Reviews all New Jersey REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Award® applications for compliance with the rules and regulations of the awards program.

Grievance Committee: Reviews written ethics complaints and arbitration requests to determine if they meet the requirements to be forwarded for a hearing as outlined in the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual. (Must have minimum three years REALTOR® experience and complete training)

Legislative Committee: Monitors municipal and county government policies and actions affecting real estate in Burlington, Camden and Ocean Counties. Encourages member involvement when needed.

Diversity Committee: Works to foster an intentional mindset of inclusion by creating a welcoming environment across the Association's initiatives. This includes developing education, programs, and events to facilitate an understanding of diversity, inclusion, and fair housing topics. The group will also identify ways to broaden diversity of leadership

Global Business Council: Global connects you to a network of qualified REALTORS®, provides education to help you work with international clients, and delivers the business tools to help you globalize your business.

Community Service Committee: Provides meaningful programs to enhance the quality of life in the area. Selects, plans, and implements community service projects such as collections for food, pantries, and school supplies. Holds fundraisers for various charities including REALTORS® Care Day.

RPAC Committee: Develops and implements annual plan to meet or exceed NEXUS’ annual RPAC fundraising goals as set by New Jersey REALTORS®.

Young Professionals Network (YPN): Provides an opportunity for young-at-heart and newer real estate professionals to enhance their careers via networking, education, and community service. It helps to identify and develop future leadership within our Association. Plans and executes a mix of events ranging from networking and educational programs to community outreach. (Open to members of all ages and experience levels)
