This Pre-Registration Form is not the official enrollment form, but rather the first step of the application process. There is no obligation to attend by filling out this form, but the information from this survey is used to identify potential
participants, obtain information needed for approvals, and to provide a
hierarchy should waiting lists become necessary.
By completing this form, you will be added to the list of candidates interested in taking part in MAC 2026. After submission, your profile will be reviewed in collaboration with your home university (if a partnership with Chartered Professors is in place). If no partnership exists, your professors will be contacted and your application will be evaluated by them or directly by Chartered Professors.
The Mazzotti Anatomy Conference (MAC 2026) follows an American-style evaluation system, where the focus is not on your grades or exam results, but rather on your personal attitude, motivation, and genuine willingness to engage fully in the program.
Please note that the final selection will not depend solely on the information provided in this form.
Admission decisions are influenced by several additional factors, including:
In cases where a partnership exists between your home university and Chartered Professors, the university itself may also take part in the selection process and provide input on which students will be nominated or accepted.
The number of available positions in each MAC group.
The organizational needs and scheduling of groups and program dates.
Once your profile has been reviewed, you will receive an official letter of acceptance, a placement on a waiting list or rejection.
If accepted, you will receive detailed instructions and a link to the Moodle platform, where you will create your account and complete the official registration by filling in all required forms.
Structure of this form
The application consists of several short sections:
Personal Information: your basic details.
Program Preference: which MAC 2026 program(s) you wish to apply for.
Academic Background: to better understand your motivation, curiosity, and extracurricular experience, following the American model of holistic evaluation.
English Language Skills: to assess your ability and willingness to communicate effectively in English during lectures, labs, and group activities.
