The expectations for being a moderator are (but not limited to):

* Regularly checking the modqueue and modmail(a few times a week at minimum)
* Enforcing the rules fairly
* Banning repeat offenders
* Communicating with other mods (through Discord)

Some other nice things to do:
* Engaging with the community and obtaining feedback
* Coming up with community events (such as the Leaker AMA we had)
* Knowledge of CSS (for Old Reddit formatting)
