The FAQs/Cabin Manual has been provided to you and was established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures, and our personal experience as a family owning and operating Lakeview Log Cabins since 1987. The Cabin Rules/Policies enclosed within the FAQs/Cabin Manual are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our cabin guest you are agreeing to abide by all of our Cabin Rules/Policies, terms and conditions, and procedures. These Cabin Rules/Policies are presented to help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment to ensure that each guest is aware of the understanding between Lakeview Log Cabins and the guest. *

I have been provided a copy of the FAQs/Cabin Manual and understand that the Cabin Rules/Policies outlined within are considered a part of the reservation agreement with Lakeview Log Cabins.
