STEMing Workshop: Having Difficult Conversations with Mentors and Labmates
This 2-day workshop series will equip you with the necessary tools to have the necessary but difficult conversations in graduate school so that you are set up to be as successful as possible. After completion of this workshop, you will have:
(i) gained more self-awareness about what makes a conversation difficult for you.
(ii) learned how to extrapolate self-awareness into making adjustments in a challenging conversation.
(iii) planned and practiced having a difficult conversations.
