CONNECTFEST 2019 - COMMUNITY BOOTH APPLICATION
The annual ConnectFEST will take place at Bethany Vineyards (4115 NE 259th St, Ridgefield, WA 98642) on Monday, July 22nd from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. To be considered as a business to participate as a Community Booth for this event, please thoroughly complete this application and submit no later than April 30, 2019. Community Booth selection will occur at the May 20th Impactful People NW Board Meeting.


NOTE that if selected, Community Booth participants are required to provide a Raffle Prize valued at $50 or more AND are required to be present or have a delegate present at the ConnectFEST Information Meeting (June 17, 2019 at 12pm) which will occur prior to July 22nd.
