Thank you for your interest in Copeland Furniture. We are a family-owned company of about 100 craftspeople who work together to create solid hardwood furniture that is built to last. We are proud of what we do and are always looking for people who also share our passion for wood, meeting commitments, and sense of accomplishment.

We are currently looking for production minded and reliable people for:

  • Furniture Finishers
  • Furniture Assemblers
  • Woodworking Machine Operators
  • Furniture Packers
  • Maintenance Technician
  • CNC Machine Operators
 
Come join our great team at our Factory in Bradford, VT. Experience is a plus, but not required – we will train you! If you are dependable, curious, driven, and always looking for a better way – that is a great foundation, and we’d love to meet you.

What to expect with the interview process? 3 -steps:

  1. Phone interview (15-20 minutes)
  2. Factory tour (min. of 1.5 hour+)
  3. Final interview with hiring manager
