Every time we need vaccination certificates or Corona RT-PCR report issued within 72 hours of the arrival. It will be applicable for all guests in your party.

All apartment have attached bathroom, lobby, modular kitchen, lawn and water curtain. These are fully furnished with proper 1.5 Tons split air conditioner, king size beds, hard matching mattresses, pillows, comforters, wardrobes, LED TV, Routers, fans, exhaust fans, Fridges, utensils, crockery, kitchen appliances, gas & burners, working laptop table, Chairs, dining tables, geyser, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, curtains.

We provide cleaned towels, linens, Wi-Fi, Smart LED TV connections on OTT platforms, maid services for housekeeping, Indian or continental breakfast, R O water in 18 Liters bottles, washing of cloths (free only when clothes are reasonable in number otherwise these will be charged).

a). All apartments have independent access and these do not interfere in the privacy of any guest. 
b). 24 hours hot & cold water is available in all apartments. 
c). All apartments have individual power backup to support lights, fans only. 
d). Wi-Fi is in the whole house with 244 MBPS speed based on Fiber Optic Cable (FTTH) Technology.
e). All apartments have independent modular kitchens with utensils, crockery, appliances, cooking gas, stove. You need to arrange your own food stuff.
f). All apartments have their own 1.5 Tons Split Air Conditioners, Dining Tables, Wash rooms or toilets, smoke alarms, carbon mono oxide alarms, fire extinguishers.
g). Gloves and masks can be distributed on request.
h). We also provide cleaned bedsheets, towels, slipper's and various toiletries.

As per new guidelines for COVID 19, all our apartments are fully sanitized with alcohol & Sodium Hypochlorite. We also need your cooperation that you should sanitize your hands every time you enter house.

OR please provide your Passport and Visa Numbers and attach scanned copy of your Passport and Visa on our WhatsApp number or email. For Passport, we require 1st and the last page of the Passport. In case of, we only need Visa details from foreigners. Indians do not have to provide Visa details. OR
8. GST number of your company. 
Input can only be taken by providing correct GST number. You can get tax refunds from GST authorities, if you provide your correct GST number.
If you do not have GST number, then please write 0.
