RSVP: Barnstable Opioid Focus Groups

This spring we are holding a series of focus groups as part of our community engagement process. This is an opportunity to meet with individuals in the setting of more intimate affinity group conversations. Registration is required. There is a 20 person limit per group. If we reach that limit, we will notify you and add you to the waitlist. Please share as much information below as you feel comfortable. Include your contact information of choice so that we can confirm your registration, remind you about your attendance, and follow up with you afterwards. Thanks so much.
