Scott Beery Humanitarian Award Application
Award Description:

Students who have had the opportunity to be in the presence of Mr. Scott Beery, our current LV Superintendent and former LVMS Principal, know that he embodies the qualities of a humanitarian.  This award has been created in his honor for his selfless service to the Licking Valley School District and community with strong leadership and passion for all Licking Valley students.   $1,000 will be awarded to a Licking Valley senior that values selfless service to others. 

Criteria:
  • Applicant is a previous LVMS student and is a current LVHS Senior
  • Has post-secondary plans to provide humanitarian aid to others
  • Submits a well written essay that addresses the prompt below
Submission:
  • Please submit your completed application and essay electronically by completing this form.
  • Also, please send a copy of your essay to scottbeeryhumanitarianaward@gmail.com by April 12th, 2024 to finalize the submission process.
