We check for questions throughout the day. You can expect an email response within 24 hours (or much sooner!), except on holidays when we will respond as soon as a librarian is available. And, if you do not hear back from us within 24 business hours, please call us. Please note: Email works best for brief factual or directional questions. If a librarian decides that your question cannot be properly answered through email, you'll be directed to call or visit the library for assistance. We prioritize service to Guam Community College students, faculty and staff. At busy times we may not be able to respond to questions from others in a timely fashion.
