Welcome to the Bodiam Football Festival 2025 (18th - 20th July 2025)

We are excited to welcome you and your team to a fun-packed weekend of football & music. To enter the competition all you have to do is send a £50 registration fee to the bank account below and complete this form. Once you have done this we will send you  further information which includes a further booking form unique to your team where you can add the details of all your players, coaches and supporters.

You are aware that to compete in the tournament you will require a minimum of 9 players and a maximum of 12 in your squad. Clubs are welcome to enter more than one team per age group.
You are also aware that the £50 registration fee is non re-fundable should you decide to pull out of the tournament. Full payment is required for each individual no later than February 28th 2025 (If teams have not paid in full by this date then they will be removed from the tournament and forfeit any money they have already paid)
Team managers are responsible for the children at all times during the tournament and the tournament organisers can not be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness during their stay. Tournament organisers are also not responsible for any personal items brought on to the campsite that are lost, stolen or damaged which includes any camping equipment or tents. Attendeds bring their own property at their own risk.
