Request for Transcript-L.C. Anderson High School
Please read these instructions before continuing!

Allow 2 business days for processing.  Transcripts are $5.00 each.  If you need your transcript to be sent to more than one place, please submit a separate form for each address.   You will not receive a confirmation when transcripts are ready.  They will be ready for pickup or mailed/emailed out within 3 business days after complete request is received. 

If you choose to pick up your transcript at the school:  you can pay online and bring the receipt and your photo ID to the school or you can pay with cash/check at school and show your photo ID in person.

If you choose to have your transcript mailed: you will need to pay online and then email the payment receipt and your photo ID to christy.potts@austinisd.org. Request will not be processed until both items have been received.  Please see our website for online payment instructions.
