Lindsborg is a small safe community of 3,000 people one hour north of Wichita.

Rounds: Friday September 15, 10 am - 4 pm and Saturday September 16, 9 am - 3 pm.
Prize Fund: $1,400 GTD: 1st: $400, 2nd: $300, 3rd: $200, 4th: $100, $100-Best player U1400, $100-Class E (1000-1199), $100-Class F (800-999), $100-Upset Prize. All players: $100 scholarship toward Summer Chess Camp at the Karpov Chess School in Lindsborg.
Thurs. September 14, 5-6 pm registration for Blindfold exhibition with GM Timur Gareyev (6 pm lecture and 6:45 Clock Blindfolded Simul with 7 boards). Participants of the Championship have priority in registration and no charge. To play in the Blindfolded Simul is $20 for all others.
Award Ceremony in Swedish Country Inn, 8pm, with Swedish dance-music with smorgasbord.
NOTE: All players must be classified as Legally Blind and bring proof. You must also be a current member of USCF for $18 a year. You can join to USCF at the event!
Swedish Country Inn, with the traditional Swedish breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner. Free shuttle to/from airport Wichita/Salina. HR: $130/night: tax and meals included.
Participants who choose not to stay at the Swedish Country Inn are responsible for arranging all travel, meals, and hotel.
