is the Gathering of data to support research & Conservation Work( e.g., Fin Clipping, Aquatic Surveys, etc.)
Communications and engagement:
all emails, FaceBook and Instagram posts NOT specific to an event or program (e.g., count hours for posting photos and write up for KFFD or veterans event).
Youth education
:
any activity which furthers the education of young persons' interest in Trout Unlimited's mission including planning and execution of project/event/program (e.g.,
TIC, KFFD, casting instruction, time at John Thurman Trout Adventure Camp).
Service Partnership
:
time spent planning and conducting activities/events (e.g., t
ime spent finding boats, guides and mentors for a veterans or first responders day on the water
including setup/takedown of tent, tables and chairs and preparing/purchasing food).
Fundraising:
Hour spent planning and conducting an event (e.g., online auction, tying flies for AACC, Chili Cook-off) or related to an activity where there are revenues (e.g., Chapter Secretary's time, Treasurer's time with depositing checks, et.al. write letters to donors and the Treasurer informed of names of donors).
Board operations and management:
Administrative
hours spent conducting chapter business-: board meetings, Accounting, Reports filed & discussions with TU National.
