1) the academic quality of the applications stated in the motivation letters (a motivation letter of min. 150-200 words is required for each of the workshop)
2) at least two (2) participants from each member section and one (1) member from each observer section
The event will host eighty (80) participants, the list of whom will be published on 26 February. The participation fee will be 100 Euros for the conference. This will include accommodation, three meals per day and guided tours in Eger. 60 Euros will have to be paid in advance until until 13 of March; the remainder (40 Euros) will have to be paid until 3 of April.
As for further information regarding the payment and other details, we will send messages to the participants.
If we do not receive the participation fee, the respective participation will be cancelled and we will offer the place to the person next on the waiting list.
