שירות הייעוץ המשפטי נועד לשוכרי דירות תושבי העיר בהתמודדות עם מצוקת השכירות. השירות מסובסד על ידי העירייה ונערך בשיתוף לשכת עורכי הדין - מחוז תל אביב והמרכז. בפגישות הייעוץ תוכל/י לקבל חוות דעת משפטית אודות חוזה השכירות, זכויותיך וחובותיך, ומידע אודות האפשרויות העומדות בפניך. תשומת לבך כי השירות אינו כולל ייצוג בבית משפט או כתיבת מכתבים על ידי עורך דין.
אנחנו מאחלים לך בהצלחה ומזכירים כי מומלץ לבדוק היטב חוזי שכירות בטרם החתימה עליהם.

- שיחת טלפון ותיאום פגישת זום עם נגה, האחראית על תחום היעוץ המשפטי אצלנו
- תשלום באשראי טלפוני

The legal consulting service is designed to help renters in Tel Aviv deal with the difficulties of rental agreements. The service is subsidized by the municipality in cooperation with the Tel-Aviv and central region Bar Association.
Counseling sessions provide a legal opinion about the lease, your rights and obligations and information about your various options. Please Note that this service does not include representation in court or legal correspondence.
We wish you luck and remind you that you are advised to carefully check before signing leases.
