Texarkana Community Easter Egg Hunt Volunteer Form
Thank you for signing up to help with our 3rd Annual Texarkana Community Easter Egg Hunt! The Hunt will be held at Spring Lake Park on Saturday, April 20th from 9-11AM! We are so excited to have you join our Volunteer Team! There are lots of options for you to choose from! We will send a follow up email with more detailed instructions closer to time! Set-Up Crew - Help set up an hour prior to, but on the day of the event!
Parking Lot Team - Man barriers to make sure no one drives through high traffic areas.
Games - Man a game, giving out rules, and prizes.
Egg Posse - Disperse eggs in designated areas, help with egg drop off after the hunt by replacing bags and getting those bags on the trailer.
Inflatable Team - Man an inflatable, making sure no one is horse playing or rough housing, keeping the count low by only jumping 10 or going 1 at a time.
Face Painting - Paint a child's face upon their request. No experience required.
Clean Up - I want to attend the event with my family, however, I can help clean-up an hour after the Egg Hunt is over!
Wherever you need me, I'm flexible!
