Ojai Herbal Symposium 2019 Volunteer Application Form
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Ojai Herbal Symposium (OHS), November 16-17, 2019. Planning and organizing a talented, capable and committed volunteer team is key to the success of this event.
If you are able to commit to at least two hours of volunteer time for the Symposium, we ask you to review, complete and submit the application-communication questionnaire below within 2 weeks of receiving this link.
We will contact you by email within one week of receipt of your application to let you know your status. We will do our best to find a good match for your availability, preferences, and skills. Please note: Priority will be given to those who can pay some portion of the registration fee.

Chaparral Auditorium - Herbal Marketplace (Saturday, Sunday)
Ojai Wesleyan Church Kitchen (Saturday morning lunch prep)
Ojai Wesleyan Church (Saturday afternoon presenter dinner prep)
Ojai Wesleyan Church (Saturday evening presenter dinner service)
6. If you have a car for your own transportation while volunteering for OHS, are you willing to travel between venues to volunteer, transport materials and/or assist with transporting other volunteers if necessary?
