All coordination forms are due by October 12th and signups are on a first-come, first-served basis. Hosts will be contacted with general information regarding photoshoots after submissions are closed. The date, time, and location of a photoshoot are subject to change at any time according to the host.

Photoshoots are scheduled in increments of 30 minutes or an hour.

REQUIREMENT FOR OUTSIDE PHOTOSHOOTS (EXCEPT THE BALCONY): In case of non-permitting weather, you will be selecting two locations: (1) your primary outdoor location and (2) an alternative location that takes place indoors.
