Learning Theory Survey

I am a research assistant professor in the Division of Educational Leadership and Innovation at Arizona State University. I am conducting a research study which systematically reviews various learning theories to identify productive student behaviors.

I am inviting your participation in this study, which will involve two steps :

1. Complete the two question anonymous survey here.

2. Forward this email to colleagues within the learning sciences to help us get a diverse and representative data set.

This should take you less than 5 minutes. Your participation in this study is voluntary. You have the right not to answer any question, and to stop participation at any time.  If you choose not to participate or to withdraw from the study at any time, there will be no penalty. You must be 18 or older to participate in the study. We cannot promise any benefits to you or others from your taking part in this research. There are no foreseeable risks or discomforts to your participation.

Answers will remain anonymous. Efforts will be made to limit the use and disclosure of your personal information, including research study records, to people who have a need to review this information. We cannot promise complete secrecy.  The results of this study may be used in reports, presentations or publications but your name will not be used.
