2019 Bloom Summer Camp (School Age 5-12) Registration

Bloom Summer Camp Details
Bloom Summer Camp is for children ages 5-12 years old. We will have a maximum of 10 children per 1 counselor + 1 helper. Activities will be organized to be age appropriate based on the age ranges of the campers enrolled each day.
Our Mini Camp for Preschool age children 3-5 is also available! See website for more info.

Please read the details below in full as it contains everything you need to know about camp!

A separate registration form must be completed for each child. Same child can use one form to register for multiple camp sessions. Upon submission of this camp form, you will be invoiced the full amount due for the days/weeks selected. Payment is due by 5/1/19.

HOURS:

FULL DAY CAMP: Monday through Friday 9am-3pm
HALF DAY CAMP: Monday through Friday 9am-12pm (AM camp) or 12pm*-3pm (PM camp).
*PM camp includes 12pm lunch time for full day campers. PM campers may eat before arriving and have free choice time during lunch, or may bring lunch to eat also.

BEFORE CARE: 8am-9am ($5/hr)
AFTER CARE: 3pm-6pm ($5/hr)

PRICING:

FULL DAY CAMP: $150/week first child; $130 siblings
HALF DAY CAMP: $90/week first child; $80 siblings
SINGLE DAY OPTION: $45/day

MULTI-WEEK DISCOUNT:
Register for 4 or more weeks and receive $10 off per week registered for full day camp or $5 off per week registered for half day camp!

Members receive 10% off camp rates!

PAYMENT:

An invoice will be sent to you upon submission of this registration form. Payment is due in full for all selected days/weeks by 5/1/19. Payment plans are available! Please email info@bloomplayspace.com or call to discuss options.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel before May 1st for a 100% refund. Cancellations received between May 1st and June 17th will receive a 50% refund. No cancellations will be accepted after the camp season starts on June 17th. Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be considered for credit on a case by case basis.

WHAT TO BRING:

* Packed lunch with beverage of choice. (Bloom is NOT a nut-free facility; Please be sure to inform us of any allergies so we can make all campers aware)
* Additional water bottle (refills available)
* Permission and cash if you would like your child to purchase a cafe beverage or snack (juice boxes/water $1, milk $2, packaged snacks $2)
* One change of clothes (please label bag with child's name) can be left at Bloom for your child for the duration of their camp stay in case of accidents or messes.
* Sunscreen and/or sunhat, and bug repellent if desired. We will aim to get daily outdoor time!

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?:

We will email you in advance of the first day of camp to inform you of any important details specific to your camp week.

We will aim to go outside every day, weather permitting. We will inform you of any water play days so you can pack accordingly.

Bloom will provide healthy snacks in the AM and PM. Feel free to pack snacks if you would like. We will have occasional group lunch specials (i.e. pizza party, cooking class, etc) and will inform you in advance so you can optionally skip packing lunch that day.
