Inclusion of Climate Resilience
During the Framework development process, question arose regarding whether “climate resilience” and “resilience” are vague terms and concepts that are, or have the potential, to be misused. Questions also arose regarding whether "resilience" or "climate resilience" is already an umbrella concept(s) that encompasses climate adaptation, or whether it is something that should be dealt with distinctly in the Knowledge and Competencies Framework. Given these questions, and any additional questions or insight you may have, please share your thoughts on how the concept and term “resilience" or "climate resilience” should be represented in the Framework.
How should the concept and term “resilience" or "climate resilience” be represented in this Framework?
