• The JLTAV reserve the right to charge teachers for registering online to attend events and then failing to pay the registration fee

JLTAV Refund and Cancellation Policy
An administration fee may be charged according to the following scale:
• Cancellations occurring three weeks before the date of the event will receive a refund minus a 20% administration fee
• Non-attendance or cancellations after this date will not be refunded due to confirmed charges for catering and venue hire

Accommodation Subsidy for JLTAV Members from Regional Areas
An accommodation subsidy is available for JLTAV regional teachers living 100km or further from the conference venue (Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre). Please use Google Maps to check if you are eligible for the accommodation subsidy. the subsidies offered are:
• with a 1 day conference registration: 1 night subsidy of $50 (either Thursday or Friday night)
• with a 2 day conference registration: 2 nights subsidy of $100 (Thursday and Friday nights)
Regional JLTAV members will be able to apply for the accommodation subsidy through the JLTAV website after the conference. Please make sure you obtain a receipt for your accommodation in order to claim this.
