1. Registration Confirmation:
  - Registration for the EMAIL PRIVACY AND SECURITY WEBINAR SERIES FOR EXECUTIVES-SERIES 1 is confirmed upon completion of the online registration form and payment of the participation fees.
2. Payment:
  - Individual participants are required to complete the online registration form.
  - Upon submission, an invoice will be generated and sent to the provided email address or organization.
  - For executives representing a specific institution, invoices will be directly issued to the indicated entity upon successful registration of its participating executives.
  - Payment by the entity must be settled in full before the scheduled training date.
3. Cancellation Policy:
  - Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled training date will incur the loss of the initial deposit.
  - Cancellations made within 7 days of the training date will result in the full estimated cost being due.

5. Program Participation Guidelines:

  7. Materials: Use provided learning materials responsibly and avoid unauthorized distribution.
  
  8. Technical Support: Seek prompt assistance for any technical issues.
  
  9. Assignments: Complete assignments within specified timelines if applicable.
  
  10. Certificate: Fulfill all requirements for a certificate of completion.
6. Customization and Retainer Package:
  - Customization of the program to meet specific organizational needs is available at addional fees.
  - A retainer package for ongoing support is available at an additional cost.
7. Miscellaneous Costs:
  - Administrative and coordination costs, as well as a contingency fund, are included in the overall cost structure.
8. Certificates:
  - Participants will receive certificates of completion at the end of the training program.
9. Liability:
  - iExtol is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged during onsite training programs.
10. Media Release:
  - Participants consent to the use of photographs or video footage taken during the training for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
11. Updates and Changes:
  - iExtol reserves the right to make changes to the program content, schedule, or other details as necessary. Participants will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
