We are so excited to extend our invitation to have fun at our prospect camp! We will be hosting two sessions that will take place at the beginning and end of the summer!
We look forward to introducing you all to our mission for the program and would love for you to join us! This is an opportunity for all incoming student-athletes (grades 9th through 12th) to see how W&J Wrestling runs practice and get to know our coaching staff. We will also be meeting with Admissions, and we will provide a grand tour of our beautifully historic W&J campus.

Rocco Welsh from Ohio State University
National Runner-Up during the 2023-2024 season, Rocco Welsh is a force to be reckoned with on the mat. During our first session, he'll be sharing his takedown series, teaching you the techniques and strategies that helped him achieve such great success.
Mac Church from Virginia Tech
Don't miss our second session, where Mac Church from Virginia Tech will demonstrate his top series and share his strategies for dominating from the top position. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced wrestler, you'll learn valuable insights to take your game to the next level.
