Please RSVP for the Annual NCHS Bands Banquet using this online form. All NCHS Bands, Spirits Students and Parents/Families are invited! This is a celebration of all NCHS Bands and Spirits ensembles and activities for the 2018-19 school year.
Please submit one RSVP per family.
RSVP and payment due by 5/3/19.

NEW THIS YEAR: Payments for Band Banquet reservations can be made online (no fees!) after filling out this form.

Although online payment is preferred, payments can be made by cash or check and dropped in the band drop box outside of the band room. (Please make checks payable to "NCHS BBA" . Please include NCHS band/spirits student info and reservation last name on envelope with any cash payments).
