All students are highly encouraged to speak with their trainer/assessor/manger at the time of submitting this form. One of the aifc team will also attempt to phone you to discuss your change if needed. 

Census Dates:
For Quarter 2:    2pm (AEST)  12th May 2026

For Trimester 2:  2pm  (AEST) 3rd June 2026    

Please note that a Transfer Fee of $50 will apply for any change (e.g. Full-Time to Part-Time, unit change, elective change, self funded to VSL change) made to your enrolment. This excludes withdrawals and deferrals.

IMPORTANT:
If submitted on census day, forms must be submitted before 2pm (AEST) to allow our Student Support team time to process your request. Forms submitted after 2pm (AEST) cannot be processed (or considered submitted) until the following business day, which will be after the census date.
