Postcards for Healthcare
Update (December 17): WOW. Thanks to your support, we delivered 9000 postcards to people across Texas in just our first week of this action. If you'd still like to take action for Medicaid expansion, you can:

1. Tell Gov. Abbott it's time for #MedEx4TX (bit.ly/2VxLxhQ)
2. Share your own experience with healthcare! (bit.ly/3aiseSz)
3. Make your own postcards: (bit.ly/toolkit4medex)

SickOfItTX is ringing in the new year and the start of the 87th legislative session by flooding Texas state leaders' mailboxes with postcards to emphasize that this needs to be the session for Medicaid expansion.

Our goal is to send each of the 181 members of the Texas Legislature at least 50 handwritten postcards each on why our state needs Medicaid expansion. We'll provide the postcards, address labels, and a toolkit with sample messages. Help us reach our goal by joining our postcard writing activities or hosting your own with family and friends.
