ProSkills2Work project. The seminars aim to develop research talent by supporting PhD candidates at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology – Bulgarian Academy of Sciences in developing their dissertations through discussion and valuable guidance on the key steps of the research process.

At this seminar, Helena Geisler (PhD student at the Swiss Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training / Leibniz University Hannover, Germany) will present a paper on "Importance and Construction of Fit to Team, Organisation and Supervisor in Hiring: A Mixed Method Study", on which she is working together with Antje Stefani and Irene Kriesi.
The lead discussant will be Prof. Christian Imdorf, Chair of the European Research Area (ERA) at the ProSkills2Work project.
