During the program, you will be traveling through 6+ states, exploring the heart of India, and immersing yourself in the vibrant tapestry of diverse cultures. You will also be visiting and learning from 10+ impactful social organizations, gaining insights that will shape your perspective and soaking in knowledge that goes beyond the confines of a book or classroom.

The Great Indian Adventure is not just about exploration; it's a dynamic quest that will reshape your perception of learning. Every twist and turn will lead you to a new discovery, and every interaction will be a stepping stone on your path to personal and professional growth.

Our structured three-month experiential learning journey is carefully crafted to allow participants to not only maximize their community engagement but also to actively contribute to impactful initiatives. Participants will receive unwavering support and guidance throughout the journey, ensuring a holistic learning experience.

As a participant, you'll embark on an inner journey, navigating through five distinct zones of emotion: comfort, fear, curiosity, learning, and growth. By the end of this adventure, you'll have expanded your knowledge beyond the familiar, mastered resourcefulness, honed teamwork skills, boosted self-confidence, tolerance, and social prowess, all while becoming a catalyst for positive change.

But the excitement doesn't end there! To further enhance your personal development and push the boundaries of your comfort zone, you'll be actively involved in:

Who Can Apply?

The Great Indian Treasure Hunt welcomes individuals aged 18 to 35, without any restrictions based on income, qualifications, disability, or work history. If you're someone who is naturally curious and proactive towards learning new things, this opportunity is tailored for you.

We are looking for applicants who are:

• Committed and is ready to stay away from home for the entire duration of the program 
• Open-mindedness to explore, adapt to diverse situations, connect with different individuals, and actively contribute as part of a team.
• Willingness to challenge yourself and are ready to step out of their comfort zones
• Team player who understands the value of teamwork and collaboration. 

What is provided for?

During the entirety of The Great Indian Treasure Hunt program, we are dedicated to ensuring your focus remains on the transformative journey ahead. We will cover a range of program-related costs to facilitate your immersive learning experience. Here's what we provide:

• Basic Food and Accommodation during the entire duration of the program
• Travel: All travel expenses related to the program activities will be covered.
• Mentoring: Experienced mentors will be available to support you at every step, providing insights, advice, and encouragement to enhance your personal and professional development.
• Training Materials: Essential learning materials and resources required for workshops, training sessions, and interactive activities will be provided.
• Other Program Needs: We've got it covered, from essential program materials to any additional program-related requirements that may arise. 

This comprehensive support is aimed at creating an environment where you can fully engage with the program's objectives without the burden of logistical concerns. 

Are there any learning fees?

This 3-month program involves various expenses, including facilitation, program design training materials, food, accommodation, transport, technology, health and safety measures, community engagement activities, cultural experiences, evaluation and assessment, administrative costs, logistics, and mentoring. We understand that overall program cost might be challenging for some participants, so we offer partial financial assistance options.

As a registered non-profit organization, our main goal is to make the program accessible to young people regardless of their economic background. To achieve this, we are fundraising to cover 50% of the program cost for each participant. Additionally, we provide further scholarships for those who cannot afford even half of the program cost.

The minimum contribution is 36,500 if you receive a 75% scholarship. 100% scholarship is available for invite-only participants at this point in time. Hope you understand that a program of this duration and involving travel through multiple states incurs significant financial constraints.
